Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail\-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The candidate should have a good understanding of graphic design principles, creativity, visual communication and the ability to create engaging designs for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing, willing to learn new techniques, and capable of delivering quality work within deadlines.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create social media posts, stories, carousels, banners, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, visiting cards and advertisements.
• Understand client requirements and convert creative briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Work on branding\-related materials while maintaining brand guidelines, colours, fonts and consistency.
• Coordinate with the social media and digital marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from seniors and clients.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, properly aligned and delivered in the required formats and dimensions.
• Maintain organised design files, project folders and source files.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, creative styles and AI\-powered design tools.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure timely submission of daily deliverables.

Required Skills \& Software Knowledge

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Decent Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and composition.
• Knowledge of social media design formats and dimensions.
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI\-based design tools will be an added advantage.
• Basic photo editing and image manipulation skills.
• Good communication and time\-management skills.

Work From Home Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop or desktop capable of running required designing software.
• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Must be available during the company's designated working hours.
• Must attend online meetings and team discussions whenever required.
• Must maintain regular communication with the reporting manager and team.
• Must submit daily work reports and updates.
• Must ensure confidentiality of all client information, designs, brand assets, and company data.
• Must be available for revisions and urgent design requirements when assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 Years
• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant creative field preferred.
• Portfolio: Must share previous design work or portfolio.
• Work Mode: 100% Work From Office.
