About the Role

Blessed Venture is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer who has good practical knowledge of Canva Pro and can create engaging social media posts, reels, short videos, and marketing creatives.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand social media trends, and be able to create visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives using Canva Pro.
• Create creatives for digital marketing campaigns, events, advertisements, and branding activities.
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, and design guidelines.

Reels \& Video Creation using Canva Pro

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
• Edit videos by adding text, transitions, music, effects, and branding elements.
• Repurpose existing content into short\-form videos and reels.

Social Media Support

• Coordinate with content writers and marketing team for creative requirements.
• Design creatives as per content calendars and campaign plans.
• Stay updated with current social media design trends and viral content formats.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Canva Pro
• Basic video editing and reel creation skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple design tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and improve

Qualification

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream
• Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related certification preferred
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
