Jr. HR Executive

As a Junior HR Executive, you will play a key role in attracting talent, coordinating the hiring process, and supporting core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources within a dynamic startup environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other hiring channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Draft and post job openings across various platforms
• Support onboarding activities for new hires

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with attendance and leave management
• Support employee onboarding and induction processes
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and trackers as required
• Assist with policy communication and HR administration
• Support day\-to\-day HR and office operations

• *Required Skills**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri and Indeed
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Interest in working in a startup and technology\-driven environment
• MBA in HR or related field is preferred.
