• *About the Role**

We are looking for a logically strong, detail\-oriented Junior PHP Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance our Corrugation ERP/CRM, Builder Management System (BMS), and other business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good problem\-solving abilities, and the ability to understand existing code, troubleshoot issues, and implement new requirements without affecting existing functionality.

• *Required Technical Skills**

\* PHP: Good knowledge of Core PHP, functions, arrays, conditions, loops, and error handling.

\* OOP Concepts: Classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, interfaces,

and encapsulation.

\* Yii2 OR Any Other PHP Framework: Basic knowledge of MVC architecture, controllers, models, views, Active Record, and validations. Hands\-on Yii2 experience is preferred.

\* MySQL: SQL queries, JOINs, subqueries, CRUD operations, relationships, and

database debugging.

\* Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AJAX.

\* Programming Logic: Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, debugging, and the ability to break complex requirements into smaller steps.

\* Git: Basic knowledge of version control, commits, branches, and code changes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Develop new features and modify existing functionality in ERP/CRM applications.

\* Identify and resolve bugs in existing code.

\* Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

\* Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code.

\*Work with MySQL databases, reports, forms, and business workflows.

\*Test changes and ensure existing functionality is not affected.

\*Follow coding standards, code review guidelines, and development processes.

\* Work with the Team Lead, developers, and testing team to deliver requirements on time.

• *Preferred / Good\-to\-Have Skills**

\* Hands\-on experience with Yii2 or any MVC\-based PHP framework.

\* Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third\-party integrations.

\* Experience with existing or legacy application maintenance.

\* Understanding of database optimization and query performance.

\* Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude, with the ability to understand and verify generated code.

• *Candidate Requirements**

\*B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.

\* 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong freshers with practical coding skills may apply.

\* Strong logical reasoning and willingness to learn existing business applications.

\* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with reasonable guidance.

\* Attention to detail and responsibility for code quality.

• *Important**: We prioritize programming logic, problem\-solving, and practical coding ability

over certificates or knowledge of multiple technologies. Candidates must be willing to

understand existing codebases and work on real\-world ERP/CRM requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
