Job Purpose

We are looking for an expert **Lead / Senior UI HTML Developer** with 8 to 12 years of core web interface engineering experience to lead our UI architecture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical engineering. You will be responsible for crafting pixel\-perfect, accessible, highly responsive, and high\-performance UI components, building enterprise Design Systems, and setting web coding standards across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities1\. UI Architecture \& Design Systems

• **Design System \& Component Library:** Architect, maintain, and scale reusable enterprise component libraries and Design Systems (using tools like Storybook, Tailwind CSS, or custom CSS architectures).
• **Semantic HTML5 \& Accessibility:** Enforce strict semantic **HTML5** structures and **WCAG 2\.1/2\.2 AA**accessibility compliance (ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility).
• **Advanced CSS Architecture:** Implement modern, scalable CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules, CSS\-in\-JS, ITCSS) using preprocessors (**Sass / SCSS, Less**) and modern native CSS features (CSS Grid, Flexbox,Container Queries, CSS Variables).

2\. Frontend Integration \& Performance Optimization

• **Frontend Framework Collaboration:** Integrate HTML/CSS templates seamlessly into modern JavaScript frameworks (**React, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js**) and backend templating engines.
• **Core Web Vitals \& Performance:** Optimize UI assets, DOM size, CSS delivery, render\-blocking resources, web fonts, and SVGs to ensure exceptional Core Web Vitals scores and low latency.
• **Responsive \& Cross\-Browser Excellence:** Deliver flawless, mobile\-first responsive interfaces that perform consistently across all modern browsers, mobile devices, and screen resolutions.

3\. Governance, Mentorship \& Quality Assurance

• **Standards \& Code Reviews:** Establish organization\-wide UI/UX engineering standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and maintain clean, well\-documented CSS/HTML codebases.
• **UX/Design Collaboration:** Work closely with UI/UX designers (Figma, Adobe XD) to evaluate design feasibility, micro\-interactions, CSS animations, and design token implementations.
• **Mentorship:** Guide and elevate mid\-level UI developers on modern web standards, web accessibility, and performance best practices.

Required Technical Skills \& Qualifications

• **Total Experience:** 8 to 12 years of dedicated UI development / frontend interface engineering experience.
• **Core UI Stack:**
• **HTML / Semantic Web:** Expert mastery of HTML5, DOM manipulation, web component standards, and web accessibility standards (WCAG / WAI\-ARIA).
• **CSS Ecosystem:** Deep expertise in CSS3, Sass/SCSS, PostCSS, Flexbox, CSS Grid, animations, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI).
• **Design Tokens \& Storybook:** Experience creating and distributing design tokens, maintaining component documentation in **Storybook**.
• **JavaScript / Framework Exposure:**
• Solid proficiency in vanilla **JavaScript (ES6\+)** and TypeScript.
• Hands\-on experience collaborating on projects built in **React, Vue, or Angular**.
• **Build Tools \& Performance:**
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm).
• Hands\-on knowledge of performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools).
• **Design Tool Integration:** High proficiency with **Figma**, Adobe XD, or Sketch for asset extraction and design alignment.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.

• **Eye for Detail:** Passion for pixel\-perfect execution, typography, micro\-interactions, and visual harmony.
• **Cross\-Functional Communication:** Ability to articulate design trade\-offs and UI technical constraints clearly to designers, developers, and product owners.
• **Problem\-Solving:** Proven track record of resolving complex CSS layout bugs, cross\-browser rendering quirks,and accessibility gaps.

Pay: ₹307,000\.00 \- ₹1,510,000\.00 per year
