We are looking for an experienced and creative **Social Media Executive** with 1 year of hands\-on experience in managing both **organic social media strategies.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and manage **organic social media strategies** across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce engaging creatives and videos.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Handle community management including comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
• Oversee creation of high\-quality **graphics, videos, and creatives** ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 1 year of proven experience in **Social Media Management.**
• Strong knowledge of **organic growth strategies** and paid advertising techniques.
• Excellent creative sense with strong understanding of **graphics, design, and content aesthetics**.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in managing multiple brands or agency background is a plus.
• Video editing and reel creation knowledge is an added advantage.
• Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing will be a plus.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
