We are building a highly collaborative, fast\-paced, and accountable work culture where every team member contributes directly to business growth. **Role Overview** We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client\-focused **Junior Account Manager** to manage day\-to\-day client communication, campaign coordination, internal follow\-ups, and delivery tracking. The role requires someone who can act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, timely delivery, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem\-solving ability, ownership mindset, and an understanding of digital marketing workflows. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring execution excellence, and supporting long\-term account growth. The structure and responsibilities are aligned with Digituall’s account management framework and delivery expectations. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Client Relationship Management** * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients * Ensure timely responses to client queries and requests * Understand client expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams * Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and execution support **2\. Campaign Coordination \& Execution** * Coordinate with internal teams including creative, performance marketing, content, video, and design * Ensure timely execution and delivery of ongoing campaigns * Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies * Follow up with teams to ensure work is delivered as per committed deadlines * Support campaign planning and execution activities across multiple accounts **3\. Account Management \& Reporting** * Maintain project trackers, client documents, meeting notes, and campaign records * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account status updates * Assist in creating campaign reports and presentation decks * Coordinate campaign performance updates with internal teams * Ensure proper documentation and workflow management for all client accounts **4\. Client Communication \& Coordination** * Conduct regular follow\-ups with clients regarding approvals, deliverables, and feedback * Schedule and coordinate client meetings and review calls * Share campaign updates, timelines, and execution progress proactively * Escalate critical issues internally whenever required * Ensure clear communication flow between clients and internal stakeholders **5\. Billing \& Payment Coordination** * Coordinate with finance and management teams regarding invoices and payment follow\-ups * Track billing timelines and outstanding payments * Support smooth collection processes through professional client coordination * Ensure all billing\-related communication is updated and documented properly **6\. Internal Collaboration \& POD Coordination** * Work closely with cross\-functional teams for seamless campaign execution * Support collaborative planning and workflow management within POD structures * Maintain coordination between strategy, media, creative, and execution teams * Assist senior account managers in handling escalations and delivery management **7\. Process Adherence \& Operational Discipline** * Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and communication standards * Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation * Update Daily Activity Tracker (DAT) and internal reporting systems regularly * Ensure timely submission of reports, trackers, and meeting summaries **8\.
