*Job Summary:**

Dr. Aravind’s IVF, a reputed fertility center in Guindy, Chennai, is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Junior Accountant** to support day\-to\-day financial operations. The candidate will assist in managing accounts, billing, vendor payments, patient receipts, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and clinic policies.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Maintain daily financial transactions, including data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books).
Assist with **patient billing**, **receipts**, and **cash handling** at the front office or back\-end finance.
Record **vendor invoices**, track **due dates**, and process timely payments.
Perform **bank reconciliation**, **cash book maintenance**, and petty cash handling.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Generate monthly financial reports and submit to senior accountant.
Assist in preparing GST filings and TDS calculations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records as per clinic policy.
Support payroll processing in coordination with HR/admin team (if required).
Ensure timely entry of purchase orders, inventory accounting (medical \& office supplies).
Maintain confidentiality of patient financial records.

*Required Qualifications:**

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with internship experience can apply).
Experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic accounting is a **plus**.

*Skills Required:**

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting).
Good communication skills – Tamil and English (spoken/written).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced clinic environment and handle confidential data.
