Junior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated **HR Recruiter** to manage our hiring process. Your main goal is to find the right talent for our hospital and ensure they have a smooth start.

• **Job Posting:** Create and post job advertisements on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
• **Sourcing:** Search for qualified candidates (Nurses, Doctors, and Admin staff) through databases and referrals.
• **Interviewing:** Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule face\-to\-face meetings with department heads.
• **Onboarding:** Handle all joining formalities, including document collection, background checks, and staff orientation.
• **Database Management:** Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
