Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• *Financial Recordkeeping**

• Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records accurately.
• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Generate and manage E\-Way Bills and E\-Invoices in compliance with GST regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to E\-Way Bills, E\-Invoices, and tax filings.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, GST requirements, and tax laws.
• Cash handling

Requirements

• *Experience**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience in generating E\-Way Bills and E\-Invoices.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST compliance, financial regulations, and tax laws.
