The Junior Accounts Executive supports finance operations for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels. Core duties involve reconciling daily settlements from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify, tracking payment gateway transactions to identify discrepancies, and meticulously recording all sales, returns, refunds, and financial activities across online platforms. The role includes monitoring marketplace commissions, fees, shipping charges, and deductions, processing invoices, and maintaining accounts payable and receivable records. Regular bank reconciliations and ledger updates are conducted, along with preparing reconciliation reports and management information system (MIS) reports to assist in financial analysis. Attention to detail and strong data management skills are essential for this position.
