Account Manager – Job Description

About the Role

iCloudEMS is seeking an Account Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Ensure timely GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budget utilization.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• 5\+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, EdTech, or ERP\-based organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor management.
