*Location:** Kothanur, Bangalore
*Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
*Shift \& Schedule:** 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM \| Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a practical, execution\-oriented **Junior Architect** to join our team in Kothanur. You will focus on turning design concepts into reality through technical documentation, consultant coordination.

What You Will Do

Create precise working drawings (Plans, Sections, Details).
Build 3D models and basic visualizations.
Support BOQ and material quantity take\-offs.
Coordinate designs with Structural and MEP consultants.

Conduct site visits to verify drawings against construction.

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
1–3 years of professional architecture experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
Strong understanding of construction details and materials.
Sharp attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
