• *Job Summary**: Analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates them into effective solutions. Facilitates communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business goals.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions and project initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Support the development and implementation of business processes and workflows.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.

• *Requirements:**

• Educational Qualification: Any Engineering graduate or Postgraduate (Master's degree).
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new concepts and technologies.
• Internship or previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related fields is desirable.
