Junior Cybersecurity Presales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Junior Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to support our cybersecurity presales team in solution design, technical documentation, tender participation, and customer engagements. The candidate will work closely with senior presales engineers, sales teams, OEMs, and technology partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Assist the presales team in understanding customer requirements and preparing technical solutions

. 2\. Support the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, BoQs, and solution architecture documents.

3\. Assist in reviewing RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents and preparing technical compliance matrices.

4\. Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain technical specifications, datasheets, compliance documents, and commercials.

5\. Develop a basic understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions, including:  SIEM, SOAR and UEBA  Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR)  Next\-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)  Data Loss Prevention (DLP)  Privileged Access Management (PAM)  Email Security  Web Application Firewall (WAF)  Vulnerability Assessment and Management  Network Detection and Response (NDR)  NAC, SASE and ZTNA  SOC and Managed Security Services

6\. Assist in product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations.

7\. Prepare technical comparison sheets and solution evaluation reports.

8\. Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers for technical clarifications.

9\. Support the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions.

10\. Maintain technical documentation, product information, and OEM communication records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

 Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.

 Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.

 Good documentation, research, and analytical skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Willingness to learn new cybersecurity technologies and work with multiple OEM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

 Basic knowledge of SIEM, EDR, Firewall, DLP, or other cybersecurity solutions.  Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security\+, CEH, CCNA, or equivalent.  Familiarity with RFP/RFQ and government tender documentation.  Academic projects, internships, or hands\-on lab experience in cybersecurity. Ideal Candidate Profile  Strong interest in cybersecurity technologies.  Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn.  Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution documentation.  Detail\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a team.  Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage assigned tasks.
