Junior Finance Associate

Cokonet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated **Junior Finance Executive** to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day\-to\-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance\-related requirements.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support payroll processing and salary\-related documentation.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Hands on experience in Tally, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowlegde of GST, TDS, ESI, EPF and accounting principles.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP/Prime, Zoho Books more preffered.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
