• *Job Overview**

Tenpoint Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Trivandrum. This opportunity is open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a strong interest in graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts based on project briefs and client requirements.
• Apply typography, colour theory, composition, and branding principles effectively.
• Maintain visual consistency across brand communication and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver quality designs within deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.
• Organise and maintain design files and project assets.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

• *Skills and Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with strong design skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand design briefs and translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time\-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design work is required.

• *Educational Qualification**

Any graduation is accepted. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
