The HR Executive will manage core HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment and campus hiring. The role includes coordinating with college placement cells to support fresher recruitment and talent pipeline development.
*Key Responsibilities**
Coordinate with college placement officers and institutions for campus recruitment activities
Plan and execute campus hiring drives, job fairs, and placement programs
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
Maintain database of colleges, candidates, and placement contacts
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements
Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS
