\- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records and databases
\- Ensure office supplies and materials are stocked and ordered as necessary
\- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
\- Troubleshoot and resolve IT\-related problems, including email, internet, and printer issues
\- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
\- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
\- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
\- Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\- Experience in administration and IT support is an advantage
