• *Job Summary**

Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to support daily operational activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should have good coordination, negotiation, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, requirements, and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and compare quotations to ensure cost\-effective purchasing.
• Conduct quality checks on received items and verify quantity and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, monitor operational issues, and report updates to the Operations Manager.
• Monitor stock availability, identify replenishment requirements, and ensure the timely availability of necessary materials and supplies.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Good verbal and written communication, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, inventory records, and operational documentation.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively with different teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily operational challenges.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and solution\-oriented professional who can manage multiple operational tasks, coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to the smooth functioning and growth of Doctor Rekha Ayurveda

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
