Operation Manager

• *Job Summary**

Dr. Rekha Ayurveda Clinic is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, problem\-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational functions effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee end\-to\-end daily operations across all departments, including sales, logistics, inventory, finance, and administration.
• Manage and coordinate teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor daily business performance, operational expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and product dispatch.
• Ensure proper coordination between consultation, nutrition, pharmacy, sales, and customer support teams.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective problem\-solving strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, allocate responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to support business growth.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• **4–5** years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, finance, and administration.
• Excellent **verbal and written** communication, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting tools.
• Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or clinic operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
