Junior Recruiter

Position Summary

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting end\-to\-end recruitment activities for technical and non\-technical positions across the IAS\-EAS Group. The role requires strong communication skills, candidate relationship management, and the ability to work in a target\-driven recruitment environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Sourcing

· Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and networking.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Candidate Management

· Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining dates.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Recruitment Administration

· Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

• Maintain recruitment records in ERP and HR systems.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment documentation.
• Support employee onboarding activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of profiles sourced per week.

• Interview\-to\-selection ratio.
• Offer acceptance ratio.
• Time\-to\-fill positions.
• Candidate joining ratio.
• Recruitment database accuracy.

Qualification \& Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• 0–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Competencies

· Strong verbal and written communication.

• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹130,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
