Junior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or building construction preferred.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
