Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Ensure quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
• Check quantities, measurements, and contractor bills as per actual site execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and material requirement reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and construction equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
• Coordinate material testing and maintain quality documentation.
• Assist in project planning, cost control, and coordination with the project management team.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate or building construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, civil construction, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Good coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
• Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple construction activities.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
