Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with the end\-to\-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
• Assist with salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA, MBA in HR, or a related qualification is preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience may apply.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong coordination, follow\-up, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
