Job Description
- *Position:** Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
- *Location:** Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
- *Salary:** ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- *Experience:** 6 Months – 1 Year
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for hospitality industry positions (Chefs, Stewards, Captains, Managers, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job vacancies and maintain job listings on various hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Maintain and update employee and candidate data records.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers.80% Recruitment, 20% HR Operation Work- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Preferred Qualification:**
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry recruitment will be preferred.
