• *Premier Road Carriers Limited** is seeking a highly motivated and customer\-focused Key Account Executive to strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing key accounts effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long\-term client relationships.
• Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve service\-related concerns, and manage escalations professionally.
• Track shipment movements and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and account retention.

• *Candidate Profile**

• 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Key Account Management.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
• Proven problem\-solving skills with a customer\-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
