*DCIPHERS IT SOLUTIONS** is looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Key Account Manager** to manage enterprise client relationships, drive new business, and grow revenue across IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and system integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and prospecting enterprise accounts.
Manage assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build strong relationships with key decision\-makers and stakeholders.
Promote and sell Dciphers’ IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, data center, collaboration, managed services, and system integration solutions.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain and grow the sales pipeline through lead generation and follow\-ups.
Conduct client meetings, review discussions, presentations, and solution discussions.
Coordinate with internal technical, sales, product, and support teams for smooth service delivery.
Share market feedback, competitor information, and client insights with management.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales/order booking targets.
Ensure timely renewals, collections, and customer retention.
Skills, Qualification \& Experience
Graduate degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Business Management will be preferred.
2–5 years of experience in B2B account management, enterprise sales, or key account handling.
Experience in IT solutions, cybersecurity, system integration, cloud, data center, networking, managed services, or infrastructure sales preferred.
Strong client relationship, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to customers.
Prior exposure to enterprise/institutional accounts and the ability to build opportunities through market relationships will be an added advantage.
Experience handling enterprise, government, institutional, or large accounts will be preferred.
Knowledge of tender\-based sales, long\-cycle sales, or specification\-based sales will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and basic sales tracking tools.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales pipeline tracking systems will be an added advantage.
