We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, furniture manufacturers, architects, and interior designers. The role involves driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
*Key Responsibility:**
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and major customers.
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, furniture manufacturers, architects, and interior designers.
Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Ensure timely order execution and customer support.
Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Available for Pan\-India travel.
