*Key Responsibilities**
Generate new business from furniture manufacturers, carpenters, dealers, and distributors.
Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
Promote furniture hardware products and explain their features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for timely deliveries and payments.
Expand the dealer and distributor network in assigned territories.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after\-sales support.
