- *Job Title:** Key Accounts Executive
- *Location:** Hyderabad
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Senior Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing high\-value accounts, and ensuring long\-term customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
● Develop and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with key clients.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
● Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
● Drive account growth through upselling, cross\-selling, and strategic initiatives.
● Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
● Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
● Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
● Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills. **Requirements:**
● **Experience:** 6\+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile.
● **Skills:** Excellent negotiation, relationship\-building, and communication skills.
● **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices.
● Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and presentation abilities.
● Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
