Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **L3 Engineer – Google Workspace Administration** with strong expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration to join our team at Pune.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing enterprise\-level Google Workspace environments, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and handling identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities \& Skills

• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in Google Workspace Administration within a mid\-to\-large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console, including Users, Groups, Security, and Policies.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands\-on experience with IAM, SSO, and security controls.
• Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and/or Google Apps Script.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
• Microsoft 365 Certification (Fundamentals or above).
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
