Landscape Architect is a professional who specializes in the planning, design, and development of outdoor spaces for various types of projects across all sectors.
Allocate tasks, prepare project schedules, and monitor project progress.
Attend project meetings and site visits in Pune, Mumbai, and other locations as required.
Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own and team members work.
Produce or review the production of drawings and technical documentation with the necessary level of detail as required at various stages of development i.e. conceptual design, detailed design and construction drawings.
Represents the team at external project meetings with client and consultant
Work collaboratively and iteratively with all consultants for project coordination.
Assist in training to GSA junior team members for preparation of landscape construction drawings and presentation drawings.
Conduct interviews and assessment of new team members.
Maintain and help in all the documentation as per ISO standards.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, management, and co\-workers.
Organize technical training sessions related to materials, products, software, and industry trends.
Excellent in design skills in resolving multiple projects.
Proficient in project presentations to Client’s team.
Achieve accuracy of drawings and technical details of the projects.
Always perform well in a high\-paced and at times stressful environment.
Masters in Landscape architecture and B.Arch degree
2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
Strong landscape design and construction detailing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay: ₹14,090\.59 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
