Job Description – Online Laser Machine Support Executive

• *Experience:** Fresher to 1 Year
• *Location:** Surat, Gujarat
• *Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any relevant technical field

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Provide online technical support to customers operating laser cutting machines.
• Assist customers with basic machine troubleshooting through phone calls, WhatsApp and video calls.
• Guide customers regarding machine operations, settings and basic maintenance.
• Help customers resolve software\-related and operational issues.
• Coordinate with service engineers for technical problems requiring on\-site visits.
• Maintain records of customer complaints, service requests and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved on time.
• Provide basic training and operational guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with the technical and service departments for customer support.
