*Job Description**

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a **Lead Account Analyst \- KPO** to join our KPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading analytics for KPO accounts.

This is an excellent Mid\-Senior level opportunity for a candidate who thrives in high\-energy environments and collaborates well with internal teams. The position requires a candidate comfortable with technical skills in accounting and tax preparation.

*A Day on The Job Looks Like This**

Work with **large datasets** and organize, clean, and analyze data in **Excel**.
Utilize **Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)** for data processing.
Prepare **reports, dashboards, and summaries** based on project requirements.
Communicate findings and updates **in basic English** via email, chat, or documentation.
Follow **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

*Qualifications**

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for

1\+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record of success with data, analytics, and reporting
Yardi/Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) experience – **Ideal but not a must**
CA Inter pursuing/cleared – **Ideal but not a must**
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
**Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.). \-**MUST**
Basic **English reading and writing** skills for communication.
Ability to **analyze and interpret data trends**.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Prior experience in **data analysis or report generation** is a plus.
