- *ADAS Function Development Lead \- Kochi**
*Required Qualifications**
- 8\+ years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving development, with hands\-on experience in at least two of the following domains:
o Camera/LiDAR/Radar perception
o Sensor fusion and localization
o Trajectory planning and control
o Embedded systems and real\-time software
- Strong proficiency in C\+\+, Python, ROS, and modern automotive frameworks.
- Experience with automotive ECUs, AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), and embedded Linux/QNX.
- Familiarity with CAN, CAN\-FD, diagnostics, and vehicle integration. Testing \& Validation
* Hands\-on experience with
o Simulation platforms (CARLA, dSPACE, IPG Carmaker, Vector tools)
o ADAS calibration and tuning
o Large\-scale data analysis for performance validation Leadership \& Delivery
- Proven track record leading feature development or engineering teams.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical tasks and roadmaps.
- Strong communication and cross\-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in Level 2\+/Level 3 ADAS programs.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Exposure to cloud\-based test automation, data pipelines, or MLOps.
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier\-1 suppliers.
