1\. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

2\. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

3\. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

4\. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.

5\. Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.

6\. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.

7\. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

2\. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
