Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high\-performing Lead \- Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare domain to join our team. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and technical teams, translating complex healthcare business needs into scalable software solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of hospital operations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to delivery.
Experience: 5\+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner
Location: Chennai, India
Work Mode: Work from Office / Client Location \- No Hybrid mode
Roles and Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation \& Documentation: Work directly on\-site at client locations to gather detailed business requirements.
Translate these into high\-quality technical documentation, including PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Cross\-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary intermediary between the business stakeholders and the development/QA teams, ensuring absolute clarity on new features and technical enhancements.
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Utilize strong presentation skills to design high\-impact roadmaps, RFQs (Request for Quotes), pitch decks, and executive PPTs.
Manage relationships with C\-suite executives, medical administrators, and technical leads with confidence and professional gravitas.
Guide, mentor, and upskill junior business analysts within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Domain Expertise (Must\-Have)
Strong experience in the Indian Healthcare Ecosystem is highly preferred.
EMR / EHR / Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
Healthcare Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement)
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) (Billing, Claims, Insurance, and financial workflows)
Technical \& Professional Skills
Hands\-on experience using Generative AI tools (such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) to optimize BA workflows, including text generation, data analysis, summary synthesis, and presentation structure.
Proficiency in tools for preparation of wireframes, Visual designs \& documentation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and negotiation skills.
