Lead Engineer - Interior Exterior Trim

• *Responsibilities \& Key Deliverables**

1\) Own and drive end\-to\-end Part Level DVP for trims components ensuring, regulatory and quality requirements

2\) Create Part\-Level DVPs (Performance,Functional , Durability ) for interior \& exterior trims (IP, Door trims, bumpers, etc.) \& improve Quality of DVP documentation and audit compliance

3\) Define test specifications, acceptance criteria and requirements

4\) Lead cross\-functional DVP reviews and obtain sign\-off

5\) Plan and monitor validation activities and testing as per program timeline

6\) Analyze test results and ensure qualification

7\)Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

8\) Coordinate with suppliers, labs and CFT teams

9\) Support issue resolution during testing and field issues \& Timely closure of validation concerns

10\) Benchmark validation practices and improve DVP processes \& Reduction in test failures and revalidation loops**Experience**

B.E. : 8 \- 10 Years**Industry Preferred**

Automotive / Commercial Vehicle OEM , Tier 1 Auto components**Qualifications**

B.E Mechanical / Automobile Eng**General Requirements**

Good knowledge of Int and Ext trims material and processes, design, development and Testing.

Experience in projects involving New Parts design from scratch

Knowledge of component and vehicle level DVP and homolgation

Experience in concerns resolution in development testing and in service.
