Lead Firmware Engineer – EV Charging Controller

• *Role**

• Technical lead for EV charging controller firmware team, up to 10 years’ experience, technical delivery focused role/no people management, owns firmware quality, architecture and end\-to\-end delivery, get hands\-on when required

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own firmware architecture covering Embedded Linux RTOS, BSP, device drivers, controller application, communication interfaces, diagnostics and system integration
• Review and challenge software designs, source code, test coverage and implementation approaches
• Drive technical quality, reliability, maintainability and overall engineering standards
• Provide technical guidance through design reviews, debugging and problem solving
• Establish best practices in modular design, version control, documentation, testing, validation and release management
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system/integration teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues and root\-cause investigations
• Own firmware roadmap, continuous improvements, field validation and production releases

• *Desired Skills**

· Strong embedded firmware development experience; Having worked with ARM based controllers would be great

· Strong C/C\+\+ programming skills; Experience with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS

· Linux internals, BSP and device driver development

· Hardware bring\-up and hardware\-software integration experience

· Any experience working in EV charging/ IoT – cloud connected system would be a pre.

· System integration, debugging and root\-cause analysis

· Ability to work across system architecture, detailed design and implementation

· Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
