About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Lead Generation Associate – Organic to support our business development efforts through non\-paid lead generation activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads through organic channels, maintaining databases, and coordinating with the sales team for conversions.

This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills, research abilities, and an interest in business development and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through organic platforms such as LinkedIn, Google research, social media, referrals, communities, and databases
• Identify potential clients and decision\-makers based on target industries
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Connect and engage with prospects through emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
• Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead handover
• Track daily lead generation activities and maintain reports
• Support outreach campaigns and follow\-up activities
• Ensure lead quality and data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and online research
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply
