Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, self\-driven, and result\-oriented individuals who are passionate about connecting with people and creating business opportunities. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding the company's reach.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, social media platforms, online directories, and other digital channels.

Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, messages, emails, and networking platforms.

Qualify leads and understand client requirements before forwarding them to the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow\-up activities.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 month of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Sales,

Business Development, or Customer Outreach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
