Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating, validating, and qualifying leads using existing student registration data. The role involves data analysis, outbound calling, lead qualification, and coordination to support business growth in PhD, MTech, BTech, and other technical project services.
The candidate will guide prospective students, provide basic project insights, and promote qualified leads to the Business Coordinator team, while ensuring strict data confidentiality and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Data Mining \& Lead Generation
- Analyse and extract potential leads from existing registration databases
- Identify relevant prospects based on academic requirements and project needs
- Generate qualified business leads for project services
2\. Lead Validation \& Calling
- Conduct outbound calls to verify and qualify leads
- Understand student requirements (course, specialization, project type)
- Categorize leads into Hot / Warm / Cold based on interest level
3\. Student Interaction \& Guidance
- Provide clear information about Edu Project Services (PhD, MTech, BTech, and other technical domains)
- Offer basic technical guidance on project types and services
- Build interest and awareness among potential students
4\. Lead Handover to Business Team
- Promote qualified and validated leads to Business Coordinators
- Ensure complete and accurate lead data (contact details, requirement, timeline)
- Support smooth transition for lead closure
5\. Follow\-Up \& Nurturing
- Maintain regular follow\-ups to keep leads engaged
- Update lead status and ensure readiness for conversion
- Improve lead quality through continuous interaction
6\. Data Management \& Security
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel systems
- Ensure confidentiality and security of student and business data
- Follow company policies for data protection and privacy compliance
- Avoid unauthorized sharing or misuse of data
7\. Reporting \& Performance Tracking
- Track daily call activity and lead generation metrics
- Submit daily/weekly reports on leads generated and validated
- Provide insights to improve lead quality and conversion
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
- 0–2\+ years’ experience in lead generation / tele calling / data handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technical or academic projects
- Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
