Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Intern to support our business development team by identifying and engaging prospective students, colleges, and corporate clients. This internship offers hands\-on experience in sales, market research, CRM management, and customer outreach in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, and online databases.
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM software.
  • Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Lead generation or sales internship experience.
  • Knowledge of email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Understanding of the EdTech industry.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 per month
