Lead Generation & Sales Support Executive (Office Furniture)

• *Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation \& Market Research**

• Use online platforms, databases, and business directories to identify potential corporate clients needing office furniture solutions.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, key players, and emerging business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through online channels, including social media, industry forums, and business directories.
• Develop and maintain an accurate database of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted lead generation campaigns.

• *Tele Calling \& Client Engagement**

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our office furniture solutions.
• Identify key decision\-makers and build rapport to schedule meetings with stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads from various channels to nurture client relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed product information to potential clients.
• Assist in customizing solutions to meet client requirements.

• *Meeting \& Appointment Management**

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
• Schedule and organize appointments for sales representatives.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

• *Sales Lead Management \& Reporting**

• Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and leads in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities to the sales manager.
• Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and market trends affecting lead generation efforts.

• *Showroom \& Administrative Support**

• Handle basic showroom operations, including assisting customers, managing product displays, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Assist in inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with logistics teams as needed.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations of the office and showroom environment.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role, preferably in the office furniture sector.
• Strong understanding of online research methods, business directories, and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the corporate furniture industry and its key players is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Basic administrative skills and experience in showroom operations.
