The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience using modern lead generation and sales intelligence tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other AI\-powered prospecting platforms to identify, qualify, and nurture high\-quality leads.The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by building targeted prospect lists, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.**Key Responsibilities**
Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
Generate high\-quality **B2B leads** through various channels, including **Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and AI\-powered** lead generation tools.
Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with verified contact information.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and relevant decision\-makers.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
Execute email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead\-generation strategies.
Track, analyze, and report lead\-generation performance metrics.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper lead management.
Stay updated with the latest sales technologies, AI tools, and lead\-generation trends.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Minimum **3\+ years of experience** in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Strong expertise in **Apollo.io** and other lead\-generation platforms.
Experience with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io**, or similar prospecting tools.
Good understanding of B2B sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
Ability to identify and engage decision\-makers across industries.
Experience in email marketing, cold outreach, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Hands\-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
