Job Summary
Manish Mixi Brand is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Lead Generation Analyst to support business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high\-quality leads, maintaining prospect databases, conducting market research, and supporting the sales and business development team in expanding the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, databases, social media platforms, directories, and other lead\-generation tools.
- Research prospective clients, businesses, and decision\-makers across target industries.
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases and customer records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Verify, qualify, and segment leads based on predefined criteria.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, business directories, websites, and digital platforms.
- Support outreach activities by preparing prospect lists and contact information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow\-up.
- Track lead\-generation performance and maintain regular reports on lead quality, conversion potential, and pipeline status.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve lead generation effectiveness and customer acquisition.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and business information.
Required Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead\-generation tools is preferred.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Applications, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong research and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in lead generation, business development, sales support, or market research is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales pipelines will be beneficial.
