Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **IT Lead Generation Specialist** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong business pipeline for IT services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in online bidding platforms, LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, market research, and client communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads for IT services through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify potential clients and decision\-makers from target industries.
- Work on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms**, and other business portals.
- Create and manage lead databases with accurate client information.
- Send introductory emails, follow\-ups, and business proposals to prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team for lead conversion.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, follow\-ups, and responses.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT lead generation or business development.
- Good knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, UI/UX, etc.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and online bidding platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good research and data management skills.
- Ability to write professional emails and proposals.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in an IT company will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of international client handling is preferred.
