Lead Generation Specialists (Remote)

About the Role

Growup Technologies is looking for dynamic, detail\-oriented, and self\-driven Virtual Assistants who are eager to build a long\-term remote career with global clients.

This is a structured, growth\-oriented opportunity where you will undergo professional training and then be deployed on mid\-to\-long\-term projects based on your strengths and performance.

• *What You Will Do**

• Build and manage qualified B2B prospect pipelines
• Identify decision\-makers across target industries and accounts
• Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and email channels
• Generate and qualify leads for sales conversations and demos
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
• Maintain prospect databases and outreach tracking
• Support ongoing account research and market mapping
• Work closely with founders/sales teams to improve outreach quality and conversions

• *Types of Roles**

We hire

• Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day)
• Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours/day)

Deployment is based on performance during training and business requirements.

• *Training \& Deployment Process**

* You will become a Remote Virtual Assistant upon

• Completing 4–6 weeks of structured training
• Successfully clearing a live interim project
• Receiving trainer approval for task submissions
• Demonstrating alignment with company culture and values

• *Requirements**

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Organic lead generation via LinkedIn outreach and networking
• Experience / Knowledge in Apollo.io, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Clay, Seamless.ai, or similar prospecting platforms
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound workflows and sales funnels
• Experience finding verified business emails and contact data
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages and cold emails
• Good understanding of ICP\-based targeting and lead qualification
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools
• Excellent communication and professional engagement skills
• Strong ownership mindset and consistency in execution

• *Responsibilities**

• Conduct research to identify target accounts, industries, and market opportunities.
• Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns and follow\-up sequences.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and ensure data quality within CRM systems.
• Perform account research and enrich prospect data using relevant tools and databases.
• Collaborate with founders and sales teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
• Monitor lead generation activities and maintain consistency in execution.
• Track key metrics and prepare periodic reports on outreach performance and pipeline progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market segments.
• Ensure professional communication and timely follow\-ups with prospects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation processes and best practices.
