• **Summary:***

• UST is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 6–9 years of experience specializing in data\-driven applications, data modeling, and the US Healthcare domain to bridge business needs with technical solutions across Snowflake, Informatica, and Tableau environments.*

• **The Opportunity:***

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications. · Perform data analysis, data mapping, source\-to\-target mapping, and data validation. · Analyze data relationships, business rules, data flows, and data\-quality issues. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering, development, QA, and cross\-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle. · Support requirement clarification, functional validation, testing, defect analysis, and implementation activities. · Prepare and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and related documentation. · Work within Agile/Scrum environments to streamline delivery and align technical teams with business objectives.*

• **What you need:***

• 6–9 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in data\-driven applications. · Deep understanding of the US Healthcare domain, business processes, and healthcare data. · Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills. · Ability to work independently and bridge communication between technical and non\-technical stakeholders.*

• **Required Skills:***

• Data Modeling, Data Normalization, RDBMS, and relational database concepts · US Healthcare Domain \& healthcare data processes · Snowflake (data analysis, querying, and enterprise data environments) · Informatica \& ETL/data integration processes · Python (for data analysis, validation, or automation) · Tableau (dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data visualization) · Data mapping, validation, and source\-to\-target mapping*

• **Desired Skills:***

• Strong SQL/querying knowledge · Experience with data warehouse environments · Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies · Experience working with large\-scale healthcare data and reporting solutions · Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data integration concepts*

• **Qualification:***

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).*
